All dates for shipping and delivery are approximate only and the time of despatch or of delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract for the sale and purchase of the goods. Should the need arise, we shall be entitled to send the goods in one or more consignments unless otherwise expressly agreed. If the goods are not received within the stated time frame contact us immediately either by email or telephone.On receiving the goods please inspect carefully for any signs of damage and advise the shipper's driver accordingly.
If you are unable to fully inspect at that time mark the dispatch/delivery/shipping note as "unexamined" and advise us of any damages within 24hrs either by email or phone.
About the inland orders, must be negotiated and confirmed.
Returns Policy Please inspect your purchase on receipt and if you are unsatisfied with the Goods in anyway you may return them, provided you advise us in writing within 7 days of receiving them and that the Goods are returned in there original condition and packaging carriage paid by you within 14 days of you receiving them. On receipt of the returned Goods, we will issue you with a full refund less the actual shipping charges incurred by us. For the return of damaged and/or faulty goods, please advise us by email or telephone, and we will provide you with a (RGA) Return Goods Authorization . We will not accept any returns without the required RGA. We will at our option replace, repair or refund the cost of any faulty goods within the first time.
